We’re looking for students to help us throughout Graduation, taking place on campus from Tuesday 15 July – Thursday 17
July 2025. We also require you to help with set up on Monday 14 July. There will be a range of roles to help with, from
welcoming guests at information points, directing guests to their seats in the main ceremony hall, car parking, Cloakroom
assistant plus many more roles.

There are a variety of shifts. You will get a break throughout the day and provided with a lunch. (You may be asked to work a longer shift if necessary)
- 08:00 – 13:00
- 13:00-18:00
- 08:30- 14:00
- 14:00-19:30
Closing date: Thursday 5 June 2025
Basic pay: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, in accordance with Brunel University London policy. Shifts and hours may vary, according to the project needs.
